A fast, fun and social paddle game that is easy to pick up. New players are welcome to give it a go.
Low impact exercise classes at the Haven Hall, with gentle, seated options if you prefer. All fitness levels welcome, so come along and try a class with Breanne.
Senior and junior competition across the season, plus coaching programs through the week. Names are taken around August.
Training sessions for dogs of all ages, held at the reserve on Sunday mornings. New participants are welcome to come along.
